StratEdge Capital is a boutique direct lender. We originate private credit — senior-secured loans and structured facilities — for middle-market operating businesses, and we may hold those assets on our balance sheet.
Structures are customized to the collateral and the cash flow: recurring revenue, receivables, enterprise contracts, and operating assets. Underwriting is relationship-driven. Decisions are made by the principal, which is why we can move with clarity and speed.
Clients work with one trusted point of contact. Conversations are confidential. The standard is institutional — the process is personal.

Founder & Manager
Tarik founded StratEdge Capital and leads origination and underwriting. He is the decision-maker on every credit. He also founded StratEdge Workflow Systems, the firm's software affiliate. The firm is based in Newport Beach, California.
