Tickets may be discussed within program capacity. Process is desk-shaped: indication, room, diligence, documents, settlement.
Issuer
StratEdge Capital LLC issues senior business notes under a private program structure.
Support
Repayment capacity is supported by contracted commercial fees at StratEdge Workflow Systems LLC — exhibits provided in the diligence room.
Settlement
Private closing process: room → diligence → definitive documents → wire settlement to StratEdge Capital.
Qualified counterparties
Program materials are shared privately with qualified / accredited counterparties and their intermediaries only.

StratEdge Capital LLC is the note issuer and settlement beneficiary for the program.
StratEdge Workflow Systems LLC holds customer contracts and operating activity that support repayment capacity. Both entities are under common ownership.
Public brand StratEdge Investments (www.stratedgeinvestments.com) is the capital face of the firm. Product and workflow software live on the Workflow site — separate from this note program.
